September 12, 2022, President Biden signed the “Executive Order on Advancing Biotechnology and Biomanufacturing Innovation for a Sustainable, Safe and Secure American Bioeconomy.”1
Specified in that order is the development of genetic engineering technologies and techniques “to be able to write circuitry for cells and predictably program biology in the same way in which we write software and program computers,” as well as genetic technologies to “unlock the power of biological data” using “computing tools and artificial intelligence.”
Additionally, “obstacles for commercialization” will be reduced “so that innovative technologies and products can reach markets faster." What we have here is, in a nutshell, the creation of a fast-tracked mRNA pipeline.
When, in June 2022, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration quietly implemented a “Future Framework” scheme2 to deliver reformulated COVID boosters without additional testing, I predicted that this “no testing required” formula would spread beyond COVID shots. And, according to this executive order, that’s exactly what’s about to happen.
In early September 2022, the FDA also put out medically false and misleading COVID booster campaign messages that prove we’ve officially entered the era of transhumanism:
Is This the Death Knell to Allopathic Medicine?
Historically, gene therapies have had to jump through extra hoops, which is why so few exist on the market. As of 2021, there were 20 gene therapies commercially available.5 The world’s first gene therapy trial didn’t begin until 1990, so this is still a very new field.
The entire gene therapy field actually collapsed overnight in 1999, when a teenage trial participant died from side effects. An FDA investigation concluded research had moved too fast and that safety “had not been put first.”6 Progress, thanks to increased caution, slowed from there on.
Such caution is now being thrown to the wind, and it’s not difficult to predict there will be disastrous ramifications. Millions will die from poorly tested gene therapies and, eventually, medical research and allopathic medicine will both cease to exist, as survivors vow to have nothing to do with that murderous cabal ever again.
The only way they might be able to keep going is if they are in control of people’s brain function and/or able to force drugs under threat of death, or worse — neither of which is impossible at this point, shockingly enough. In the meantime, we’re looking at a cornucopia of mRNA shots coming our way.
mRNA Flu Shots Are in the Works
Not surprisingly, mRNA flu shots are in the works.7 While we probably won’t see mRNA flu shots during the 2022/2023 winter season, there’s every reason to expect they’ll be rolled out next year.
September 14, 2022, Pfizer initiated a Phase 3 study, which will test a quadrivalent mRNA-based flu shot on 25,000 American adults.8 Pfizer is also exploring mRNA technology that uses self-amplifying RNA (saRNA), for potential use in the future.9
Moderna began its Phase 3 mRNA flu jab trial in early June 2022.10 It’s also working on mRNA shots for respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) and cytomegalovirus (CMV), which is in the herpes family, as well as a SARS-CoV-2-influenza combination shot. Ultimately, Moderna wants to create an annual mRNA shot that covers all of the top 10 viruses that result in hospitalizations each year.11
Its current flu jab candidate, mRNA-1010, encodes for the hemagglutinin (HA) glycoproteins of four different influenza strains, including influenza A/H1N1, A/H3N2, influenza B/Yamagata and B/Victoria. According to Moderna:12
“HA is a major influenza surface glycoprotein that is considered an important target to generate broad protection against influenza and is the primary target of currently available influenza vaccines.”
The Transhumanist Agenda

Since these shots are designed to manipulate your biology, they have the potential to also alter the biology of the entire human race. Nearly two years later, we still don’t know the extent to which they might be doing that, yet more fast-tracked and untested gene therapies are on the way.
One reason why it’s important to know for certain whether synthetic RNA ends up creating permanent changes in the genome is because synthetic genes are patented. If they cause permanent changes, humans will contain patented genes, and that brings up very serious questions, seeing how patents have owners, and owners have patent rights.
The hydrogel used to preserve the mRNA can also contain nanobots to create a bioelectric interface capable of connecting to a smartphone or other interface. Novel technologies that measure biological data, such as blood sugar, are based on this. Such technologies will, of course, have immediate ramifications for our privacy.
Who will collect and have access to all this data? Who will be responsible for protecting it? How will it be used? Also, if your cellphone can receive information from your body, what information can your body receive from it, or other sources? Could transmissions affect your mood? Your behavior? Your physical function? Your thoughts or memories?
So far, it doesn’t appear as though the COVID shots have these kinds of capabilities built in, but we do know for a fact that militaries around the world are exploring and working toward such capabilities. In fact, it’s an arms race in its own right.
In his September 14, 2022, Substack article,13 “Human Cyborgs Are Just the Beginning,” Dr. Robert Malone reviewed several of those plans. Certain report titles alone tell the story, such as the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) Biotechnologies for Health and Human Performance Council’s report,14 “Cyborg Soldier 2050: Human/Machine Fusion and the Implications for the Future of the DOD.” It doesn’t leave a whole lot to the imagination, does it? According to the assessment abstract:
“The primary objective of this effort was to forecast and evaluate the military implications of machines that are physically integrated with the human body to augment and enhance human performance over the next 30 years.
This report summarizes this assessment and findings; identifies four potential military-use cases for new technologies in this area; and assesses their impact upon the DOD organizational structure, warfighter doctrine and tactics, and interoperability with U.S. allies and civil society.”
Human augmentation technologies deemed technically feasible by 2050 at the latest include ocular enhancements to improve sight and situational awareness, optogenetic bodysuit to restore or improve muscular strength and control, auditory enhancements, and neural enhancement of the brain for two-way data transfers and brain-to-brain communication.
Changing What It Means To Be Human
In “The Plan to Turn You Into a Genetically Edited Cyborg,” I covered another shockingly dystopian report by the U.K. Ministry of Defense and the German Bundeswehr Office for Defense Planning, published in May 2021.
That report, “Human Augmentation — The Dawn of a New Paradigm, a Strategic Implications Project,”15 reviews the scientific goals of the U.K. and German defense ministries, and they basically mirror that of the U.S. DOD. On page 12 of the report, the concept of the human body as a platform is described, and how various parts of the human platform can be augmented. For example:
- Physical performance such as strength, dexterity, speed and endurance can be enhanced, as well as physical senses. One example given is gene editing for enhanced sight
- Psychological performance such as cognition, emotion and motivation can be influenced to activate and direct desired behavior. Examples of cognitive augmentation include improving memory, attention, alertness, creativity, understanding, decision-making, intelligence and vigilance
- Social performance — “The ability to perceive oneself as part of a group and the readiness to act as part of the team” — can be influenced. Communication skills, collaboration and trust are also included here
They list several different ways to influence the physical, psychological and social performance of the “human platform,” including genetics (germ line and somatic modification), synthetic biology, invasive (internal) and noninvasive (external) brain interfaces, passive and powered exoskeletons, drugs and nano technology, neurostimulation, augmented reality technologies such as external holograms or glasses with built-in artificial intelligence, and sensory augmentation technologies such as external sensors or implants.
As noted in this report, “Human augmentation has the potential to ... change the meaning of what it means to be a human.” This is precisely what Klaus Schwab, founder and executive chairman of the World Economic Forum (WEF), has stated is the goal of The Fourth Industrial Revolution.16
WEF has been at the center of global affairs for more than 40 years, and if you take the time to dive into WEF’s Fourth Industrial Revolution material, you realize that it’s all about transhumanism. It’s about the merger of man and machine.
This is a dystopian future that WEF and its global allies are actively trying to implement, whether humanity at large agrees with it or not. Importantly, the “Human Augmentation” report readily admits that human augmentation can “directly enhance behavior.”
And, if you think these reports are just brain fodder for geeks in uniforms, think again. The U.K. Defense and Security Accelerator (DASA) is currently, right now, accepting proposals for human augmentation technologies such as those listed above.17 Grants of 70,000 euros ($74,000), will be given to proposals that can provide proof of concept.
Both the DOD’s “Cyborg Soldier” report and the British/German “Human Augmentation” reports discuss the fact that human augmentation will inevitably widen already existing disparities, inequalities and inequities, and therefore, “efforts should be undertaken to reverse negative cultural narratives of enhancement technologies.”18
In other words, don’t let people come to the conclusion that human cyborgs are a bad idea, because at worst that might prevent their development, and at best, it’ll pitch regular people against the augmented elite, making their efforts to rule the plebs more difficult.
As noted by Malone, “Once again, we are being played before we even know what the playing field looks like.”19
Disturbingly, considering how nontransparent governments have been so far, it’s not inconceivable that technologies capable of influencing thoughts and behaviors would be used on populations without informing anyone, which makes the list of potential risks one takes with each new mRNA injection even longer than it already is.
But we don’t need to be genetically reengineered or have nanobots introduced into our brains to be at risk of outside manipulation. That’s already happening through noninvasive means.
In a November 2019 interview with CNN,20 history professor Yuval Noah Harari, a Klaus Schwab disciple, stated that humans are already “hackable,” meaning the technology exists by which a company or government can know you better than you know yourself, and this knowledge can be used for both good and ill.
According to Harari, the available capabilities already go far beyond Orwell’s “1984” authoritarian vision, and it’s only going to become more powerful from here.
He predicted that algorithms will increasingly be used to make decisions that historically have been made by humans, either yourself or someone else, including whether or not you’ll be hired for a particular job, whether you’ll be granted a loan, what scholastic curriculum you will follow and even whom you will marry.

For example, there are even ongoing attempts to upload the human mind into the cloud, ultimately creating a form of “digital hive mind” where everyone communicates via “Wi-Fi telepathy.” This, despite the fact we still do not fully understand what “the mind” actually is, or where it’s located.
I don’t know what it will take to prevent the dystopian post-human world envisioned by Schwab and his technocratic minions, but I suspect education would be a cornerstone of such an endeavor. In order for there to be a resistance, enough people need to be aware of what the plan is, and where we’re actually being led with all these novel therapies and inventions.
In the shorter term, it’s crucial to realize that the fast-tracking of “genetic engineering technologies and techniques to be able to write circuitry for cells and predictably program biology in the same way in which we write software and program computers” means they’re going to cut corners. Loads of them.
Testing is basically going to be done on the population at large, just as they’ve done with the COVID jabs. The results of such experimentation are relatively predictable. People will be seriously injured and many will die. So, think long and hard before you agree to take any of these forthcoming gene therapies.

His role as director of NIH / NIAID is public health and safety. He OWNS half the Moderna mRNA vaccine? How is this legal? Also, this isn't the first time Fauci killed untold numbers of people for profit, in the 90's he was killing people diagnosed with HIV / AIDS with AZT! AZT itself was killing more HIV patients than AIDS! And Dr. Gary Null was curing, completely serial negative converting patients with intravenous aqueous Vitamin C, held a press conference, invited the world, and no-one showed. They then, through Wikipedia (5th column of the state) set about a smear campaign calling him an "AIDS denier". He has personal testimony of 18 patients who completely serial negative converted (no longer HIV positive, test negative) confirmed by multiple board certified physicians. Anyhow, Fauci has been in this capacity for over 20 years now. How is this legal? How is this person not right now, immediately, removed from this position?
Follow the money.
It leads back to Bill Gates, through The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, who through GAVI, distributed tetanus vaccines in Kenya that rendered all of the women infertile. Kenya sent off the vaccines to South Africa to have them analyzed and SA responded "there is HCG antigen present in these vaccines". We didn't just start manufacturing tetanus vaccines in 2014-2015 and HCG antigen doesn't accidentally wind up in vaccine soup "whoops, I knocked a bottle of HCG antigen into the mix".
Gates, through GAVI, has access to large test populations of human subjects, and he gets them in India, the Philippines, Africa etc.
Now we see accumulation of spike proteins in the ovaries and GlaxoSmithKline through Black Rock, has stakeholder ownership of the lab in Wuhan AND Microsoft AND Pfizer. Fauci was funding the Gain of Function Research that created the virus in question, that the mRNA vaccines themselves are designed around. Fauci is clearly in Gates' pocket.

The fact that the only vaccines that exist for SARS-COV-2 are using mRNA LNP (lipid nano particle) that instruct cells to produce spike proteins, not actually weakened / attenuated viruses as would be used in a conventional vaccine also further strengthens this argument. There is no conventional vaccine for SARS-COV-2 because to make one conventionally you would first need to have an isolated virus to attenuate.
I believe this is the most likely hypothesis for our current situation in regards to the "Pandemic". There is no virus. Earlier Studies
Preclinical animal studies of the Pfizer/BioNTech Covid mRNA injection (BNT162b2) showed reversible effects on the livers of rats including: enlarged liver, vacuolation and increased enzyme levels (γGT, AST, ALP). In the assessment report on BNT162b2 provided to EMA by Pfizer, studies in rats demonstrated that the contents do not stay at the injection site and a relatively large proportion (up to 18%) of the total “vaccine” dose ends up in the liver.
Another study in May 2021 by MIT scientists showed that SARS-CoV-2 RNA can be reverse transcribed and integrated into the genome of human cells and expressed as chimeric transcripts. Although no one from corporate media or corporate science seemed to ask at the time, the findings of this study give rise to the question of whether this same reverse transcription may also occur with RNA in Covid injections.

The First Study of Reverse Transcription of Injection Spike Proteins
Because of the findings of the animal studies and the MIT study, a group of Swedish scientists from Lund University conducted a study to investigate the effect the Pfizer/BioNTech injection (BNT162b2) had on human liver cells and if Pfizer’s encoded spike protein RNA can be reverse transcribed into DNA. The study, ‘Intracellular Reverse Transcription of Pfizer BioNTech COVID-19 mRNA Vaccine BNT162b2 In Vitro in Human Liver Cell Line’, was published on 25 February 2022.
“In this study, we investigated the effect of BNT162b2 on the human liver cell line Huh7 in vitro,” the study authors wrote.
The study found that the mRNA injection is able to enter the human liver cell line Huh7 and that the injections’ mRNA is reverse transcribed into DNA as fast as six hours after the cells were exposed to it.
“A possible mechanism for reverse transcription is through endogenous [intracellular] reverse transcriptase LINE-1, and the nucleus protein distribution of LINE-1 is elevated by BNT162b2,” the study authors wrote.
“Huh cells are ‘immortal’ liver tumour cells and grow ad-infinitum if you give them love,” Jessica Rose explained, “LINE-1 is a reverse transcriptase that we carry and comprises ~17% of our genome!”
“Our study shows that [Pfizer’s mRNA injection] … can be reverse transcribed to DNA … and this may give rise to the concern if [injection]-derived DNA may be integrated into the host genome and affect the integrity of genomic DNA, which may potentially mediate genotoxic side effects.”

Facebook has hidden posts with the “#diedsuddenly” hashtag because it claims that some of these posts violate its far-reaching community standards. When users search for this hashtag, no results are displayed and Facebook shows a message stating that the results are hidden.
While Facebook doesn’t specify which rules these posts allegedly violated, Twitter users have been using the hashtag to share news stories about people who died suddenly. Most of these Twitter posts note that those who died were fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and allude to there being a connection between the vaccines and their deaths.
If Facebook users are posting similar content under this hashtag, the posts are likely to violate the tech giant’s ban on a wide range of COVID-19 vaccine claims. Facebook prohibits claims that “vaccines are toxic, dangerous, or cause autism” and reduces the distribution of “shocking stories” about the vaccines. One of Facebook’s examples of a shocking story is “Uncovered: See the 632 reports made of people who died within a week of having the new COVID-19 vaccine.”
The blocking of this hashtag is the latest of many examples of Facebook censoring content that is critical of or raises questions about the COVID-19 vaccines. Throughout the pandemic, Facebook has also mass censored anti-mask content, anti-lockdown content, and content that said the coronavirus came from a lab (a censorship policy that was suddenly reversed after the Biden admin announced that it would be investigating the origins of COVID).
Not only does Facebook mass censor content that goes against or questions government guidance and the legacy media narrative on COVID but it also partnered with the Pfizer-backed CDC Foundation to increase “vaccine uptake” and maintained a close relationship with US federal agencies on COVID messaging.
The tech giant has previously used hashtag blocking to censor many other topics including “#buchamassacre” (a block that it later said was a mistake), “#Revolution” (which was blocked on a July 4th weekend), and “#SaveTheChildren.”

NEJM study confirms COVID Vaccination causes new form of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome & takes 5 months to kill (The Expose')

A new study published in the New England Journal of Medicine has concluded that the mRNA Covid-19 injections destroy the natural immune system.
The study backs up months of work conducted by the team here at The Expose analysing official Government data in which we uncovered severe immune system degradation among the vaccinated population that worsens by the week, suggesting the vaccinated are developing some new form of Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome.
It also supports further analysis of official Government data that suggests Covid-19 vaccination takes approximately 5 months to kill.
The huge study was conducted by several doctors and scientists at the University of North Carolina and the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services.
SourceAmong 887,193 children 5 to 11 years of age in the study, 193,346 SARS-CoV-2 infections occurred between March 11, 2020, and June 3, 2022; a total of 309 of the infected children were known to be hospitalised, and 7 were known to have sadly died.
A total of 273,157 of the children in the study had received at least one dose of the BNT162b2 vaccine between November 1, 2021, and June 3, 2022.
The study authors used a counting-process extension of the Cox model to formulate the time-varying effects of the BNT162b2 vaccine and previous SARS-CoV-2 infection on the rate of SARS-CoV-2 infection, with adjustment for demographic variables.
Here are their findings –
Chart A shows that the effectiveness of the Covid-19 injection against infection fell below zero by April 2022 among children vaccinated in November 2021. It also shows that the effectiveness of the Covid-19 injection against infection fell below zero by June 2022 among children vaccinated in December 2021.
Chart B shows that the Covid-19 injection was proving to have negative effectiveness against infection among both children who had previously been infected with Covid-19 prior to vaccination and children who had not been infected with Covid-19 prior to vaccination within 20 to 22 weeks (5 Months) after they were given the first dose.
Chart C shows that unvaccinated children who had previously been infected with Covid-19 were still proving to have positive immunity to reinfection against all variants of the Covid-19 injection by May 2022.
Chart D shows that vaccinated children who had previously been infected with Covid-19 were proving to have zero immunity against reinfection with the Delta variant, and the same decline was beginning to be seen against reinfection with the Omicron variant.
What does all of the above tell us?
This is extremely concerning for several reasons.
Another analysis of official UK Government data conducted by the team here at The Expose found that mortality rates per 100k are the lowest among the unvaccinated population in all age groups, and it takes approximately five months for the elevated mortality among the vaccinated to be realised.
The first Covid-19 injection was administered in England on 8th December 2020, and here are the figures on mortality rates by vaccination status in the following 4 months provided by the Office for National Statistics –
SourceThe unvaccinated were substantially more likely to die of any cause other than Covid-19 than the vaccinated population in both January and February 2021, before the rates seemed to normalise by the end of April.
But look at what happened from May 2021 onwards –

People in England were vaccinated by order of age, with the eldest being offered the Covid-19 injection first.
The following chart shows the age-standardised mortality rates per 100,000 person-years by vaccination status and age-group for the month of May 2021 –
The figures show that in May the three age groups who had a higher mortality rate among the vaccinated were the 70-79, 80-89, and 90+-year-olds. The trend then continues into June with vaccinated 60-69-year-olds joining the highest mortality rate club.
This, therefore, tallies up with the findings of the New England Journal of Medicine study that it takes approximately five months for the negative effectiveness of the Covid-19 injection to be realised.
But what’s most concerning is the evidence that the Covid-19 injection is proving to have negative effectiveness among people who have previously been infected, whereas unvaccinated people who have previously been infected are proving to have positive immunity.
This proves that Covid-19 vaccination is destroying the natural immune system.
Despite a mass media campaign to make you believe getting a booster is essential to “top up your immunity” due to declining effectiveness, it is actually impossible for vaccine effectiveness to wane when it comes to the Covid-19 injections.
Vaccine effectiveness is NOT a measure of the effectiveness of a vaccine. It is a measure of a person’s immune system performance.
The Covid-19 vaccine is supposed to work by injecting mRNA into your body, which then invades your cells and instructs them to make the spike protein found on the alleged SARS-CoV-2 virus.
Once your body has produced millions of spike proteins, your immune system is supposed to get to work, rid the body of the spike proteins, and then remember to release those same antibodies if you ever encounter the actual alleged SARS-CoV-2 virus.
So, when the authorities state that the effectiveness of the vaccines weakens over time, what they really mean is that the performance of your immune system weakens over time.
The problem we are seeing in the New England Journal of Medicine Study, and real-world data is that the vaccination population’s immune systems are not returning to the natural state seen among most of the unvaccinated population.
If they were, then we would be seeing vaccine effectiveness (immune system performance) close to 0%.
But the New England Journal of Medicine study proves the effectiveness is breaking the 0% barrier into negative “effectiveness”. And real-world data supplied by the UK Government, unfortunately, shows the exact same thing,

Source DataThe above shows a rapid improvement in case rates among the unvaccinated population in every single age group over three months, and a frightening rise in case rates per 100,000 among triple vaccinated individuals in every single age group over a period of three months.
In fact, the difference between the two groups was so significant that by week 12 of 2022, real-world vaccine effectiveness was proving to be as low as minus-391% among 60 to 69-year-olds. This had fallen from an already concerning effectiveness of minus-104.7% among the same age group by week 2 of 2022.

BY THE EXPOSÉ ON SEPTEMBER 17, 2022A UK Government institution known as the UK Health Security Agency has announced that it will no longer offer the Covid-19 vaccine to healthy 5 to 11-year-old children.
The decision comes after official data from another UK Government institution known as the Office for National Statistics reveals deaths among children aged 5 to 9 are 22% higher than in the previous two years ever since the NHS began to start vaccinating children aged 5-11 on the 4th April 2022.
Back in April 2022, the NHS stated, “The NHS will start vaccinating children aged 5-11 today, as the biggest and most successful vaccination drive in health service history moves to the next phase.”
At the same time, Dr Nikki Kanani, GP and Deputy Lead for the NHS COVID-19 vaccination programme, said: “The vaccine is safe and effective – my 10-year-old daughter will be getting hers this week – and I’d encourage all parents to read the information and consider booking their child in for a vaccination at the earliest opportunity.”
We do not know if the NHS and Dr Nikki Kanani still stand by these claims now that they know deaths among young children have risen by 22% and the UKHSA now “coincidentally” no longer deems it necessary to offer the Covid-19 injection to 5 to 11-year-olds.
The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) has announced that children who have not turned five by the end of August 2022 will not be offered a Covid-19 vaccine.
According to an article published in The Guardian, “The decision to reduce the number of children who are offered Covid jabs has prompted outcry from parent groups and academics.”
But the UKHSA insists the offer of Covid jabs to healthy five to eleven-year-olds was always meant to be temporary.
However, data released by the Office for National Statistics (ONS), strongly suggests there may be a concerning reason as to why the UKHSA has decided to pause the roll-out to healthy young children.
ONS data on deaths registered weekly shows a 22% increase in deaths among children aged five to nine in England and Wales compared to the previous two years since the NHS proudly announced it was about to start vaccinating young children.
The following snapshot is taken from table 2a of the 2022 dataset of deaths registered weekly in England and Wales, published by the ONS.
It shows the number of deaths per week among 5 to 9-year-old children from week 14 of 2022 to week 35 of 2022. Week 14 is the week ending 8th April 2022, coinciding with the NHS announcement that they were to start vaccinating 5 to 11-year-olds on the 4th of April.

The following snapshot is taken from the ‘Weekly figures 2021’ table of the 2021 dataset of deaths registered weekly in England and Wales, published by the ONS. It shows the number of deaths per week among 5 to 9-year-old children from week 14 of 2021 to week 35 of 2021.

The following chart shows the overall number of deaths between week 14 and week 35 of 2020, 2021 and 2022 among children aged 5 to 9 –
Source DataIn 2020, a total of 85 children aged 5 to 9 sadly died between week 14 and week 35. In 2021, a total of 86 children aged 5 to 9 sadly died during the same time frame. This equates to an average of 85.5 deaths over the two years, and suggests that deaths are normally expected to be at this level due to being virtually the same number in the two years.
However, in 2022, a total of 104 children sadly died between week 14 (the same week the NHS began to offer the Covid-19 vaccine to healthy 5 to 11-year-olds) and week 35 (the same week the UKHSA decided to stop offering the Covid-19 vaccine to healthy 5 to 11-year-olds).
This means that deaths among children aged 5 to 9 increased by 22% compared to the previous two years during the period that all healthy 5 to 11-year-olds were offered the Covid-19 injection in the UK.
Is it just a coincidence that the UKHSA has decided to pause the roll-out to young children now that we know deaths among the age group have increased by 22% since they were offered the Covid-19 injection?
