U.S. International Lawyer Professor Francis Boyle states the end goal of DARPA, the Pentagon, the FDA, the CDC, the CIA, Bill Gates, Klaus Schwab, Ralph Baric, Peter Daszak, Anthony Fauci, the Rockefellers, Rothschilds and many others is population control and reduction while making billions of dollars. New reports show worldwide excess deaths of 12 million innocent people.
Professor Boyle drafted the U.S. domestic implementing legislation for the Biological Weapons Convention, known as the Biological Weapons Anti-Terrorism Act of 1989, that was approved unanimously by both Houses of the U.S. Congress and signed into law by President George H.W. Bush.
Professor Boyle has also advised numerous international bodies in the areas of human rights, war crimes and genocide, nuclear policy, and bio-warfare. From 1991-92, he served as Legal Advisor to the Palestinian Delegation to the Middle East Peace Negotiations.
He goes on to say that the population control and reduction objective goes back to the National Security directive by the Henry Kissinger Report written in 1974 which stated that it was in the best interest of National Security for the United States and for Overseas Interests to have a population control and reduction policy.

Excellent exchange but I disagree with Boyle that "SARS-COV-2", a computerized gene sequence of an alleged virus that Moderna patented in 2016, an alleged virus that remains to be properly isolated, an alleged virus that is indistinguishable from seasonal flu with the PCR test above 22 amplification cycles (and they are using 40-50 cycles intentionally to create cases!), I disagree that "SARS-COV-2" was ever released from the Wuhan Institute of Virology. And we can rule out an accidental release in this regard given the proximity of Event 201 to the release, I firmly believe that the lab leak, the very existence of the virus is not simply a red herring but actually strengthens the narrative that there was a virus circulating with an Spanish Flu'esque IFR because now instead of being a virus that evolved via bat and pangolin soup at a wet market, evolving in a manner that we've never seen in nature, jumping the species barrier in a manner we've never seen in nature, now the alternative story of it coming from GOF research at WIV makes the virus that much more scarier.
The Cabal behind this, who already failed to scare the public with Swine Flu, hysteria they similarly tried to amplify with their control of the captured agencies, the FDA and CDC and the mainstream media, this time around they knew that a sizable portion of the public wouldn't believe them so they had this wet market narrative waiting. That Fauci funded the research lends credence to the narrative but ultimately Fauci will never be prosecuted unless the masses wake up and demand a Nuremberg 2.0 which, at this rate, with people STILL driving around with the completely useless masks on, doesn't seem likely.
They were doing bio-weapon research at WIV. They needed a plausible scenario for an emergence of a new novel coronavirus in late 2019, before both the collapse of the global economy and before the public learns of their "vaccine" salesman's involvement with Epstein and his riding of Lolita Express 26 times over the course of 21 years. But I firmly believe there never was a deadly novel coronavirus. The "elites" wouldn't release a deadly virus that could affect their various technocratic minions like Trudeau, Newsom, Trump and Putin, all integral actors to disarming the masses, building the camps, ushering in CBDC's and "Vaccine" Passports, Social Credit Scores and 15 min cities, destroying the economy rendering people helpless, and then starting WW3 to help further depopulate large urban city centers with limited deployment of tactical nukes. They would simply tell the masses that there is a virus and that they need to come in and get their injections which is the actual method of depopulation.In case you missed it. ~11-23 min: SARS Coronavirus not novel, the CDC attempted to patent both the virus itself and testing of it in 2003 and the patent office rejected the application because the gene sequence of the virus was already in the patent repository (99.99% similar). The CDC over-rode the decision, paid a fee, and patented SARS on the 28th of July 2003. Only three days after securing the patent, Sequioa Pharmaceuticals submitted a patent application for the treatment of this very same virus indicating insider information. Sequoia was later subsumed into Pfizer.

There is no novel coronavirus. SARS-COV-2 doesn't exist. There are no variants. This is a factual statement given the fact that SARS-COV-2 hasn't even been isolated. I've always considered this possibility.

This corroborates what David Icke was saying (video can be found in a previous post) that there will always be a variant because they have not actually isolated SARS-COV-2.
The fact that the only vaccines that exist for SARS-COV-2 are using mRNA LNP (lipid nano particle) that instruct cells to produce spike proteins, not actually weakened / attenuated viruses as would be used in a conventional vaccine also further strengthens this argument. There is no conventional vaccine for SARS-COV-2 because to make one conventionally you would first need to have an isolated virus to attenuate.
I believe this is the most likely hypothesis for our current situation in regards to the "Pandemic". There is no virus. People are dying from seasonal flu as they do every year and the PCR test at 45-50 amplification cycles can't actually distinguish between COVID 19 and COVID 18, 17,16, 15, 14 or all of the other members of the Coronavirus family.
