While watching this video I realized that Cpl. Jessie Thorsen is wearing the 25th Infantry Division patch on his right arm, meaning he saw combat with that division. This is the same division that I served under when I myself was deployed to Afghanistan in 2004-2005 and the same division that firebrand director Oliver Stone served in and used his personal experiences to create the groundbreaking depiction of war in his seminal Vietnam War movie: Platoon and later JFK, both of which, including many if not all of his other films are highly recommended.
