Why Did The US Just Buy 13 Million Doses Of MONKEYPOX Vaccine? (Harrison Smith, InfoWars)

Right before the WHO convenes a meeting to give themselves dictatorial powers (during a declared "pandemic" any WHO member state's Constitution or Charter is rendered null and void, i.e. 1st Amendment Freedom of Speech and Assembly, 2nd Amendment Right to Bear Arms).
