This video link (I know it’s from a TikTok video, but i promise it’s extremely informative) provides some shady things surrounding the chief. I understand that every department has their crooks—but how many damn coincidences can one man have surrounding him?

Why didn’t they hire the other four candidates that were Maui residents. Why did Maui pay him $50k to move there when qualified candidates wouldn’t have costed the state that expense. Why did so many colleagues resign when the chief was installed in Maui—only a few years prior to retire, and forfeited their pension.

And why is a chief who is making less than $200k a year.. have a wealth of millions, with a wife that is a stay at home mom?
