I’m a 41 year old male in decent shape, 18% body fat, lift weights, do cardio 2-4 times a week. I’m not an underwear model but I’m pleased with how I look. Had minor chest and arm pain over a month period (got two shots of Pfizer in early 2021, none since then), and woke up with worse pain in chest radiating to left arm and back. Freaky shit. I ended up going to the hospital ER in a major US city, and I was pretty surprised when I got there. In a waiting room with about 40 people there was an intake line of about 6 people ahead of me. Several people were there with chest pain (very common in ER normally). During intake they took my ID, and asked why I was there. Second question out of their mouth - did you get “the vaccine”, and when I said yes they asked, as though the answer was very important, “Pfizer or Moderna??” I said was not sure, and they pressed. I remember I had my vaccine card, and showed it. They quietly handed it back and told me to have a seat. EKG within minutes (ekg tech right there at intake). Afterwards I watched all the intake while I was there. This is the part that freaked me out - Anytime someone presented with chest pain, same story- which vaccine did you get. I saw 4 or 5 other early middle age folks with chest pain issues. I’m not sure this is a normal sample rate, but the way they asked about the vaccine really freaked me out. They know something is up, my guess is they’re collecting data to see how many cardio events their vaccines are causing. Lucky for me, I had a clear EKG and chest X-ray, Docs think it was costochondritis, an injury or infection related inflammation of the chest bone that can mimic heart attack. I’m still following up with cardio, but an interesting experience from the ground I thought I would share.
