Emphasis on AIR TEMPERATURE. All of the warming has occurred in the oceans, which is what you would expect in any closed system comprising both air and water, water will absorb any increase in ambient before air does when water is cooler than air and has much more thermal mass potential as it attracts heat faster. Not just heat but also CO2, the oceans have become so acidic that it is affecting the ability of organisms to grow and maintain shells and coral reefs to survive. This is affecting entire aquatic ecosystems and is what is driving mass die offs in the oceans.
Climate change is actually quite insidious in that it has been taking place primarily in our oceans and once we cross certain tipping points various self-reinforcing feedback loops will catalyze and converge and beyond that point we will see big changes rapidly in other weather systems. All hurricanes are easily 1 or 2 categories higher than the historical average of the preceding centuries, it is precisely the warmer ocean waters behind this.
You can spew theories gleaned from the internet, this is happening, I majored in Environmental Studies, this is my forte.
Just think, we have burned and continue to burn tens of millions of metric tons of CO2 a year for the past 150 years. The very reason our planet is habitable is because of heat trapping gases like CO2. Mars is not habitable because it has scant greenhouse gases. The current working model of terraforming Mars is to use CO2 factories.
So we have a closed system, and you're going to tell me with a straight face that pumping hundreds of millions of metric tons of the very same heat trapping gas that makes the planet habitable in to the atmosphere for nearly 200 years straight isn't going to have any effect on the heat trapping ability of said closed system?

Climate change 100% is not a hoax and our industrial activity 100% is driving it.

Having a second look at your graph, convenient you choose Greenland air temperature as though Greenland was in a laboratory and it's air temperature not directly mediated by the temperature of the ocean surrounding it that is cooled by melting Arctic and Greenland sea ice caused by the warming oceans, slowing the rate of circulation and thus lowering the land air temperature.
Here's the big question you need to ask yourself. Go and look at any 5-6 lane freeway, stand there for 5 minutes, note the number of vehicles. Ok it's been like that for the past 80 years. Non stop. You don't think that is going to have any effect whatsoever on the climate? This is unscientific in the extreme.
