For the few weeks to few months after said grid goes down and the just-in-time food delivery is disrupted, while you're starving to death with no access to water and are invariably faced with either taking yourself to the local FEMA center for aid or just starving to death, when you begrudgingly drag yourself to the nearby FEMA center you are informed that, for your safety (always for your safety) they will need to ascertain your identity to ensure you're not a "Russian agent" or "Domestic Terrorist" or "Ant-Vaxxer" and the only way to do that is by issuing you a WHO "Vaccine" Passport with the first requirement being that you must be immediately injected with all 7 shots all at once, for your safety! 

And wouldn't you know it, they will need to keep you there at the FEMA camp for 24 hours to monitor you after injection. Completely emaciated, unable to dissent due to your parched throat, having sat outside the FEMA center for a few days, gears creak and turn in your brain-case and you realize that for 3 days people have been entering the facility and no-one has exited. You vaguely remember reading something written by some conspiracy theorists stating that we are witnessing a repeat of the Nazi Holocaust all over again but on a global scale, replete with death camps. You are really hungry though, and you've seen marauding gangs who normally simply kick people's doors down for food, now, after a few weeks of this and the exhaustion of all food supplies, now they are dragging people out of their homes. You try to rationalize what they are doing, but around the time they started doing this thick plumes of smoke have been emanating from various parts of the city and sometimes the wind would carry the sickening smell of Sunday barbeque. 

You ponder your options, it's around this time that a FEMA officer manning the gate informs you that they also offer assisted suicide, and how it's completely painless. You take a moment, taking it all in and really regretting not listening to that crazy conspiracy theorist who said all of this was going to happen since the very beginning. You deeply regret not moving out of the city, to somewhere rural and starting a garden. You deeply regret not having a few months of food and water and a firearm on hand. You regret not learning survival skills.
